Sell Your Designer Gown Through L’Archive Bridal - The process

  • Complete our online consignment form with details and photos of your gown. We review all submissions to ensure they meet our designer and condition standards.

  • If your gown is approved, we will:

    • Recommend a realistic market price
      (Read Our Consignment Pricing Guide)

    • Agree on a final listing price with you

    • Confirm commission (35% standard, unless otherwise agreed)

    • Provide a consignment contract for signing

    Your gown will only proceed once pricing and terms are formally agreed.

  • Book an appointment to drop off at L’Archive.

    Gowns must be:

    • Professionally cleaned

    • In excellent condition

    • Delivered in a garment bag

  • We showcase your gown beautifully in our boutique, giving it the best chance to find its next bride.

    Your gown may also featured on our social media platforms, reaching a curated bridal audience in Adelaide.

  • Your gown is listed for an initial period of 4-6 months.

    During this time:

    • It remains exclusively listed with L’Archive

    • We promote it across our website and social channels

    • Enquiries and payments are managed by us

    At the 4-6-month mark, we will review performance and discuss:

    • Price adjustment

    • Extension of listing

    • Or collection return

  • Once your gown sells:

    • L’Archive deducts the agreed commission

    • The remaining balance is transferred to you

    • Payment is made after the buyer’s payment is received.
