Complete our online consignment form with details and photos of your gown. We review all submissions to ensure they meet our designer and condition standards.

If your gown is approved, we will:
Recommend a realistic market price
Agree on a final listing price with you
Confirm commission (35% standard, unless otherwise agreed)
Provide a consignment contract for signing
Your gown will only proceed once pricing and terms are formally agreed.

Approved gowns are dropped off at Imagine Bridal Studio on our scheduled monthly intake day.
Gowns must be:
Professionally cleaned
In excellent condition
Delivered in a garment bag
Drop-off dates are communicated once your agreement is finalised.
If not local, you may ship the gown. -
We professionally photograph and style your gown.
Your listing includes:
Detailed description
Measurements
Condition notes
Original RRP (if known)
Clear pricing
Your gown is then launched on L’Archive Bridal and featured on our social media platforms.

Your gown is listed for an initial period of 6 months.
During this time:
It remains exclusively listed with L’Archive
We promote it across our website and social channels
Enquiries and payments are managed by us
At the 6-month mark, we will review performance and discuss:
Price adjustment
Extension of listing
Or collection return

Once your gown sells:
L’Archive deducts the agreed commission
The remaining balance is transferred to you
Payment is made after the buyer’s collection or confirmed shipment
